Laozi, in Chapter 64 of the Tao Te Ching, writes a proverb that says, “A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.” Whether you’re new to fitness, experienced, or returning from injury, personal fitness can feel like a steep, overwhelming staircase you need to climb. No matter how intimidating healthy living may be to you, I’m here to support you in small increments along the way so that you’re able to achieve your goals one day at a time, one step at a time.

I’ve taught classes in kickboxing, TRX, core training, and both indoor and outdoor boot camps. I have experience training clients at all levels of experience and I can adapt my methods to ensure that you are both challenged and supported on the path to your goals. Through personalized discussions and holistic assessments, I’ll adapt the intensity, variety, and pace of your training sessions.
How I got here:
I began to pursue personal training while I was an undergraduate student studying finance and business administration at the University of Texas A&M. After graduating with my bachelor’s degree and a few years of training experience under my belt, I moved to California where I now work as both a life and health insurance agent as well as a personal trainer. My main focus in life is to shift our global, national, and local culture to one focused on living, promoting, and attaining healthy lifestyles. I want to lead others in achieving the best lifestyle they possibly can.
